Formusson Distribution, part of the Mirwault Group , is an independent family-run trading group committed to values of proximity and continuity.

Thanks to controlled acquisition dynamics and a network of recognised brands, the group has built a unique position: the strength of a mid-sized enterprise combined with the agility, responsiveness and friendliness of local small and medium-sized enterprises, at the crossroads of building and industry.
The general management is headed by Vincent Vuillaumié.

Companies joining the group retain their DNA and customer culture, while support and stability of a family-run structure. The group provides them with structured support, notably through access to new product ranges and complementary supplier partners. They rely in particular on specialised cross-functional teams – logistics, digital, CSR, marketing and communications – and on the integrated Pégase agency, comprising around twenty employees, to enhance their performance and visibility.

PÉGASE is the Integrated Marketing and Communication Agency (Print & Web) of the Mirwault Group, based in Laval. For over 15 years, it has structured its activities around three core areas: graphic design (web/print materials), web development (websites & digital services), and marketing (on/offline management). Thanks to solid sector expertise and a customised approach, PEGASE acts as a genuine strategic leverfor the visibility and development of the Group's brands.
